Bridging the gap between late-stage venture innovation and public market liquidity.

About Round Table Capital Management

Round Table Capital Management is a private investment firm that provides public market investors with access to a diversified portfolio of high-growth private companies. The firm is designed to operate with the sourcing and selection discipline of a venture capital investor, while offering the transparency, liquidity, and regulatory oversight of a publicly listed vehicle.

By structuring the firm in this way, Round Table enables a broader range of investors to gain indirect exposure to innovative private businesses without the long lock-ups and high minimum commitments associated with traditional venture capital funds.

Structured for Transparency and Discipline

Round Table Capital Management is organized as a regulated investment company and managed internally by an experienced investment team. The firm adheres to public market reporting standards while maintaining a disciplined, long-term investment approach.

  • Regulated investment company structure

  • Internal management team overseeing sourcing, evaluation, and portfolio management

  • Public market transparency and governance

  • Shares traded in the open market, providing liquidity to investors

Venture-Style Investment Strategy

Round Table focuses its investment activity on venture-backed private companies at later stages of growth. These companies typically demonstrate strong market traction, proven business models, and significant scaling potential, while remaining privately held.

The firm primarily makes minority equity investments and may also utilize structured investment instruments to gain exposure to compelling opportunities, allowing for flexibility in portfolio construction and risk management.

Proven Later-Stage Private Company Growth

The firm targets private companies that have progressed beyond early development and are positioned for continued expansion. These businesses often operate in large and growing markets and are approaching potential liquidity events such as public listings, acquisitions, or secondary transactions.

Round Table seeks companies with strong fundamentals, experienced leadership teams, and clear paths to long-term value creation.

Investing in Long-Term Growth Trends

Round Table Capital Management focuses on sectors driven by durable, long-term growth dynamics, including:

  • Technology infrastructure

  • Software platforms

  • Artificial intelligence

  • Financial technology

  • Digital services

  • Consumer Innovation

Value Creation Through Capital Appreciation

The firm’s primary objective is to generate value through capital appreciation as portfolio companies grow, increase in valuation, and progress toward liquidity events such as initial public offerings, acquisitions, or secondary transactions.

While capital gains are the principal driver of returns, Round Table may also generate income through structured investments, debt instruments, or other opportunistic exposures where appropriate.

A Distinct Approach to Private Market Investing

What sets Round Table Capital Management apart is its ability to provide private market exposure through a publicly traded investment vehicle. This structure offers investors flexibility, liquidity, and access that are typically unavailable in traditional venture capital funds.

  • Access to private, high-growth companies via public markets

  • Liquidity through publicly traded shares

  • Institutional investment discipline

  • Regulated and transparent operating structure

  • Diversified portfolio approach

Connecting Innovation with Public Investors

Round Table Capital Management serves as a bridge between private high-growth enterprises and public market investors. By identifying and investing in promising private companies, the firm seeks to deliver venture-style returns within a regulated, transparent, and liquid investment framework.

This approach democratizes access to private market opportunities while maintaining the rigor of institutional investment management.
